Deactivating versus Deleting a Reader

You have the option to Deactivate (recommended) or Delete your Reader(s) in One Minute Reader.

Here are the details of each:

• Deactivating a Reader disables their account. You will not be billed for this Reader and they will not be able to log into One Minute Reader. Their account information will be saved and can be reactivated later.

• Deleting a Reader immediately removes their access to One Minute Reader. Their story progress and account details are deleted. This action cannot be undone.

To do either:

1) Log in as the Account Owner and click on My Readers button.

Note: The Account Owner User ID is their email address. 

2) Click the double arrows to the far-right of the reader to bring up the reader's profile. 

3) Click on either the Deactivate or Delete button.
