Forgot Password: Account Owner

These instructions apply only to the Account Owner (parent/teacher). For instructions to edit the Reader’s password, please see this article.

1. With the Account Owner log in section expanded, click Forgot Password?

2. Enter the Account Owner’s email address and click Next.

3. You will be presented with the security question you selected when setting up the subscription. Enter your answer and click Next. The screen shot below is an example of a possible security question.

4. You will receive an email from no-reply@oneminutereader.com that includes a temporary password and instructions for logging into One Minute Reader.
